Athleisure clothes are for the on-the-go woman whether you’re dropping the kids at school, running errands, or off to a casual brunch. They are designed to be suitable both for exercise and everyday wear. Fall is a great time to update your athleisure outfits. Today, I’m sharing a round up of fall athleisure outfits from Saks Fifth Avenue that are versatile, stylish and comfortable for fall and beyond.
6 Fall Athleisure Outfits
I’ve been loving the Saks edited assortments as they carry my favorite athleisure brands Electric Rose, Alo Yoga, Anine Bing and Varley. All of these versatile pieces can be mixed and matched giving you many options for your athleisure outfits.
Denim Jacket + High Waisted Leggings Outfit

Citizen of Humanity Cropped Denim Jacket | Year of Ours Leggings | Isabel Marant Baseball Cap | Woven Tote Bag
This is probably one of the easiest athleisure outfit ideas. It’s a great way to take your active look and turn it into an athleisure outfit, and all you have to do is add a denim jacket as a layering piece. The crop fit of this jacket makes it easy to mix and match with different pieces, including active dresses. If you already have too many black leggings, navy is the perfect option to add some subtle color to your athleisure outfit.
Black Joggers Outfit

Varley Joggers | Varley Zip Up Pullover | White Sneakers
These black joggers are amazing. They are a perfect weight, super soft and comfortable for running errands or traveling. If, like me, you are always cold, throw a pullover over your shoulders when transitioning from summer to fall to complete your look. Once the cold weather approaches, wear the pullover as a layering piece and even top it off with a wool coatigan for a sleek monochrome athleisure outfit.
Hooded Sweatshirt + Ribbed High Waisted Legging

Anine Bing Sport Hooded Sweatshirt | Year of Ours High Waisted Legging
Anine Bing is one of my favorite sweatshirt brands. Their sweatshirts are super soft inside. They can be mixed and matched with leggings or jeans for a chic, casual outfit when the cold weather approaches. Pair it with high-waisted ribbed leggings. Navy is a great neutral option if you’re looking for an alternative to black for your athleisure outfit.
White Tennis Skirt + Zip Up Pullover

Tennis Skirt | Varley Pullover
This knit Varley pullover is a lightweight layering piece that you can mix and match many ways. I love packing it for vacation but it’s also the perfect pullover for days at the gym or after tennis. This flouncy tennis skirt is also one of my favorites. An active skirt or dress is a little more elevated than your typical workout short and will give you a chic, casual look for running errands.
White Tennis Dress + Black Pullover

Whether or not you are actually playing tennis, having a tennis dress on hand is a must. Tennis dresses are comfortable and perfect for an easy outfit you can transition from summer to fall. As temperatures drop, adding a layering piece such as this Varley pullover is effortless. This fabric is super soft and feels lightweight and cooling, like every athleisure outfit should be.
White Button Up + High Waisted Leggings

Year of Ours Navy Leggings | White Button Up
Another way to wear these high-waisted leggings is with a white button up. You can add it as a layering piece over your sports bra and leave it long or knot if for a more cropped fit. It works as a great athleisure outfit. Layer a trench coat over it to complete the look as the colder weather approaches.
