How to Wear a Tweed Blazer
Many people might think tweed would be worn on older women, but I ultimately think of Chanel: classic chic and timeless. We are seeing Tweed blazers be reinvented this year by some amazing designers such as Anine Bing. Her pieces have this chic downtown feel and I’m always in awe of her classic pieces that fit amazing and are so versatile.

Style Your Tweed Blazer with Black Jeans or Leather Leggings for a Business Casual Look

For this particular look, I wanted a monochromatic look so I chose this black and white outfit that would work for business casual workwear that would also be perfect for a dinner party with coworkers. If you prefer leggings, this look is a great option because the coat is longer and more of a boyfriend fit.

Add a Black Ankle Boot to Your Tweed Blazer Look & Cropped Jeans

A black ankle boot is a such a classic fall boot to have in your closet. I love that these are more fitted around the ankle that they work with any fall denim. Wear it with a dress and tights, or cropped denim like I did hear but they also work with skinny or boyfriend jeans.
Use It As a Layering Piece Over Your Turtleneck Sweater

I love that a tweed blazer is a bit heavier going into the winter months. It gives more warmth than a typical lightweight blazer would. My favorite piece to style under a blazer is a turtleneck or a mock neck. It’s elevates your look while keeping you warmth. If you are looking to add an extra layer, add a wool coat over you shoulders to complete the whole winter outfit.
Monochromatic Look // Black & White Outfit

You can never go wrong with a classic black and white look. It’s elevated chic for work or date night. I find that when I stick to tonal and monochromatic looks it makes getting dressed so much easier!
