If you are a busy mom like me, I need a 5 minute makeup routine. We are always on the go and while I want to typically look put together most of the time, I need it to be quick. Creating a great makeup look is possible even when you are in a rush and mastering it will free up time to do a lot of other things. Today on the blog, I wanted to share my new favorite 5 minutes makeup routine that is timeless for work, class, running errands or any other casual occasion and you will just spend 5 minutes putting the makeup on! My 5 Minute Makeup Routine
Most of my 5 minutes makeup routine products are by my favorite beauty artist Gucci Westman. All of these products have multi-use for a full face of makeup which is key and is a huge time saver and perfect for travel.

Step 1 | Foundation
Before I start my foundation, I always start with this sunscreen. Yes and extra step but the most important of all. Then a quick swipe of primer all over my face, I love the Hourglass one as it is hydrating and makes your makeup go on so much smoother. I like very natural, light coverage that looks like your skin, just a little better. In this foundation stick use shade #4 from makeup artist Gucci Westman. This line has so many shades so you can find the perfect one for your skin tone. I put a few swipes on my forehead, nose, cheeks and blend with this Hourglass foundation brush to apply.
Step 2 | Concealer
Concealing is a must for tired, busy moms like me. It hides a LOT….AND makes you look and feel fresh and rested. This concealer is called the Creamy Concealer. It moisturizes and doesn’t sit in wrinkles. I dampen this brush. I use shade
Step 3 | Eyelids
Here is a super easy eye shadow routine.
- start with an eye brighter such as a cream or a white from the lash line to the brow bone.
- Add the softer shade to the crease
- line the upper and lower lids with the darkest color
- I always finish with lining the inner corner of my eye with the bright white
I love this palette because it’s 3 shades and super simple. All of Gucci Westman products are magnetic and make it super simple to find and travel with. I use the Sigma #40 brush to apply and it helps blend your eye shadow so well.
Step 4 | Contouring & Blush
I have finally found a contouring and blush combination that I absolutely love. The contouring stick is in color biscuit and it’s the prettiest color I’ve seen on the market. I apply a few swipes on my nose, under my cheekbones, along my jawline and forehead. The creamy blush I’ve been loving is also by Gucci Westman in the color Dou Dou which can also be worn as lipstick. I use this Hourglass dual brush to apply, it’s one of my favorites!
Steph 5 | Brows
For brows, I use the Milk Brow gel which is quickly applied to shape gives you a boost of color in your brows. If you have more time, I use the Hourglass Brow pencil for a quick fill-in.
Step 6 | Mascara
Personally, I love the Lancome primer and the Toile mascara, However, I recently got the Gucci Westman mascara which is clean and I can’t wait to try it! I’ve heard it’s the best clean mascara.
Step 7 | Lips
Keeping my lips hydrating is key. I’ve really been loving the new Gucci Westman lip glosses in the shade. I love that it comes with the brush to apply and can easily be thrown in your purse for a retouch!
