My Must Have Summer Shoes

One of the biggest requests this season has been a summer shoe guide. So, I thought it was the perfect time to take you through my most worn shoes for the summer, including ones that I continue to style all year long. These are perfect not only for casual outfits, summer vacation outfits, date night outfits, summer wedding guest outfits and more.

All of these shoes I personally own. I typically invest in quality over quality to make sure these last me many years so I’m not feeling like I need to add a new summer shoe collection every year. Because of this, I can just fill in my shoe voids when the time is right. This can include maybe adding a summer trend or two. I’m also sharing a range of price points for each shoe as well. Summer Capsule Wardrobe Shoes

Sharing some of my favorite, must have shoes for summer.

Black Sandals

A classic black sandal is a must in your shoe collection. They go with everything and can literally be styled with summer whites and are the perfect compliment to your black and white outfits. A black flat sandal is not only perfect for you casual workwear but great with summer dress and vacation outfits.

White Sneakers

Smart casual outfits continues to fill our instagram feeds whether you are styling a summer maxi dress or linen trousers making a white sneaker a must in your summer capsule. It’s classic yet comfortable for travel days, casual date nights and athleisure looks.

Black Heels

Black heel are not only perfect for summer but for year round. It’s one item worth the splurge. My personal favorite is from Stuart Weitzman, it’s comfortable yet minimal and perfectly pair with your LBD for summer or holiday outfit.

Woven Flats

When it comes to summer, adding a close toed woven summer flat is great compliment to your summer work and business casual outfits. Pair it with a woven tote to complete the summer capsule outfits.

Woven Slides

One of my most worn summer shoes is the Christian Dior sandal as accessories will elevate any classic outfit. This woven slide is perfect with black and white outfits and minimal vacation looks.

Brown Sandals

Brown sandals are a summer essential, whether they are flat or heeled. It’s a great way to add a bit of color to your outfits without sacrificing your neutral, minimal style.

White Heeled Sandals

A white heeled sandal is a great option to add to your summer wardrobe for so many different occasions. For summer weddings, date night, beach vacations, and more, these white heeled sandals will have you looking chic. And the best part is, they will pair perfectly with all of your summer outfits.

Rubber Pool Slides

For all of those summer pool days, beach days, and tropical vacations, pool slides are a must. These rubber slides are some of my absolute favorite. They are not only functional, but are so comfortable and chic!

White Flat Sandals

White flat sandals are always a spring and summer essential. Add them to any outfit for a comfortable, yet stylish addition to your look.
