Today, on the blog I’m sharing my Top 3 Fall Wardrobe Staples + My Favorite Fall Trend. This year, I’m focusing on more foundational staples and adding an assortment to my fall accessories and completer pieces. Starting with a great base of wardrobe essentials while changing your shoes, jacket and accessories can make any outfit feel new.
My top three fall wardrobe staples are my effortless, easy Agolde jeans; an ankle bootie because of their versatile nature of being worn for any work occasion; and layering pieces – such as a camel coat or leather jacket – that pairs well with a wide range of outfits.
My Top 3 Fall Wardrobe Staples + My Favorite Fall Trend
1. Layering Pieces
Completer pieces have been a focus this season for me. Whether it’s a leather jacket or camel coat. This can really change up your look.
Classic Look for Work
This look is so chic and classic. I love the camels paired with the white for church or your 9 to 5.
You can easily pair the sweater dress with a great suede or leather Moto jacket and boots for a downtown edgy look on your date night.
2. My Agolde Jeans
I’ve been wearing Agolde for a while now, they are more popular than ever and you always need to buy them fast because the sell out fast! My favorite is the pinch waist styles. This pair has been on repeat for me as I love the distressed rip in this boyfriend style.
Here I paired it with one of my two of my favorite fall trends, this rich burgundy tone in a faux leather jacket. I kept my camisole monochrome to match my jacket and booties.
3. An Ankle Boot
I have really expanded my boot collection this year. Added some croc and python prints as well as a capsule of basics. Nude, cognac, and even grey. It helps create more monochromatic and clean chic looks in my wardrobe. Marc Fisher is a great brand under $200 and Nordstrom is usually running them on sale. I typically lean towards a kitten heel. These have been my favorite this fall.
Favorite Trends For Fall
Moody and rich tones. Deep chocolates, olives, burgundy and camels in faux leather, boots and knits. This tweed jacket pair with the camel bag definitely puts me in a fall mood.
Faux leather is a trend I’m seeing being carried throughout the year and I’m loving it! Leather shorts, biker shorts, leggings and leather bodysuits are a few of my favorite base layers year-round.
