It’s that time of year, the fall season is quickly approaching and I’m getting major autumn inspiration from Pinterest. The fall colors, fall decor, fall table decorations, and let’s be honest anything fall home just gets me so excited for simple fall decor ideas and gathering my friends for a fall dinner around my dining room table. Today, on the blog I’m sharing a simple and elegant fall tablescape that is perfect for your Thanksgiving dinner. This easy table setting with natural elements is so easy to recreate. Simple and Elegant Fall Tablescape
When planning for this time of year, I like to keep my decor ideas focused on a more simple fall aesthetic. Your holiday table and table setting should be warm, comforting and not overwhelming busy. Using natural elements and white pumpkins, during the fall season is an inexpensive way to bring your fall tablescape to life without having to purchase much. When you are at the dining room table at Thanksgiving dinner you want to focus on what’s most important. Wine, food and family!
Dining Room Thanksgiving Table
When planning a holiday table as mentioned above less is more. Using natural elements such as pampass grass and keeping the fall table decorations tonal will appear more romantic and less crowded and a simple tea light will complete the whole fall tablescape. I like to try and keep my center piece simple and not too obnoxious. This way you are able to enjoy and see all your family members around the table.
My favorite places to shop for inexpensive accent pieces for your table is this time of year is World Market and Target. These neutral woven placemats are perfectly paired with natural elements on the table and can be used all year round!
Simple Fall Table Setting
These fringe napkins are the perfect soft touch to the fall tablescape with the fringed edge! And they are under $10. Add some natural elements like these magnolia leaves to your napkin ring to bring in some fall tones to your table setting. These simple fall touches can make all the difference in creating a holiday table this fall season.

Fall Centerpiece With White Pumpkins & Natural Elements
For this fall centerpiece, I wanted to keep it light so white pumpkins, a wooded vases, and some tea lights will bring your autumn inspiration to life when created a simple fall dinner. These pumpkins are handmade, but here is a similar option for pumpkin center pieces this year!
The wood vases are also a perfect accent on your table instead of a glass vase and it ties in all the natural elements in the fall table decorations. The wood of the vase creates a more warming feeling for the fall centerpiece and can easily be used year round for other fall decor ideas.

This simple fall wreath is easily made with natural elements such as pampas grass to put on a front door or use inside!
If I had to buy one thing for fall decor besides pumpkins, it would be pampas grass. It’s so versatile and and its beautiful on its own. No need to add anything else. Drop it a vase and your done!
