Overall, my biggest advice is not to make excuses for carving out time for your workouts. It’s so good for you not only physically, but mentally as well. You don’t even have to workout equipment, getting your heart rate up while only using your body weight is key.

After a home workout, I get on my yoga mat and give myself a little physical therapy at home. This foam roller does wonders for my back and improves my posture.

Here I’m breaking out the best of amazon workout equipment.

For At Home or Travel Workouts With Little Space

A YOGA MAT: A yoga mat helps to keep your hold strong on the surface due to its anti-slipping nature. It’s a great piece of equipment to have your car for take on a trip!

THE JUMP ROPE: jumping rope is one of the most effective cardio exercises out there—and it can whip you into shape with just a few minutes a day of skipping. … Plus, it burns more calories per minute while engaging muscle so it feels like a high intensity workout, while still qualifying as a low-impact workout.

AB ROLLER: Because, perhaps more than any other core workout gadget, the ab wheel gives you a chance to train your entire core (abs, gluten, lower back muscles, and obliques) as a unit. Your core functions this way—as a unit—in real life, so any opportunity to train it that way is beneficial. This ab roller set includes a jump rope!

Hand Weights: I use these hand weights for most of my resistance training for lunges and squats to shape my legs and butt as well as my upper body strength. These ankle weights are amazing if you wanting to add more body weight.

Resistance Bands: These are perfect for home or travel workouts and one of my favorite fitness products since they literally take up no space. To build strength – each band exerts a particular amount of force on your muscles when stretched and can be used in both upper and lower body training. To improve mobility – resistance bands are a great way to help you improve your flexibility, but you can also use them improve joint mobility.

What Equipment to add when you have the SPACE!

Pull UP BAR:  Another great piece of equipment for upper body. It builds the strength of your whole upper body in a natural way, so that you can use this strength outside of the gym as well. … Check out this pullup bar This means that you can really do them every day in a short amount of time for some major strength training, even if you don’t feel like going to the gym.

Complete at Home Gym: If have the space in your home for more workout equipment, I would recommend this home gym set for strength training.
